Communal Dining

The same discipline, the same sourcing, the same culinary execution as a plated engagement — served in large-format platters at the table rather than individually plated. Chef David designs a coursed menu around the occasion: an appetizer course, a composed main, dessert. The distinction is format, not quality. Per-person rates reflect the natural efficiency of communal service at larger guest counts and decline accordingly.

Private Cocktail Reception

When you engage Chef David for a reception, you are not hiring a catering company. You are engaging a private chef to design, prepare, and execute your gathering — from menu concept through cleanup. The result is a reception that reflects considered, personal culinary execution rather than a standardized catering order.

Solo execution capacity: up to 40 guests. Events above 40 guests require advance consultation and may involve additional staffing, priced separately. Service fee includes two hours of on-site passed service. Extended receptions are accommodated by arrangement. Provisions billed separately at documented cost. Alcohol and beverage service not included.

All service fees listed are Chef's fees only. Provisions — ingredients, specialty items, and sourcing — are billed separately at documented cost, with receipts provided. No markup is applied. When available, ingredients are sourced through local Casper-area vendors, farmers, and producers. Clients are advised of any anticipated higher-cost ingredients during menu consultation, before the engagement is confirmed.
